Heading into the deepest part of Autumn, we prepare to follow Nature’s cues into a time of quietude and reflection without relinquishing our vibrancy. In the somatic movement practice of SATYA, we slide and glide, and gently rock and roll, but importantly we breathe and listen. The practice is gentle and slow and facilitates body-mind connection (embodied awareness). It soothes the nervous system and releases fatigue and tension in the physical body. Please join me for this special class, which is truly accessible to all bodies and in which we’ll have the luxury of time for both movement and meditation, all in the spirit of gentle exploration.
