We’ll use this specialty class to begin moving out of our “winter skin” and open to the slow flow toward springtime. In the gentle somatic movement practice of SATYA, we slide and glide, we rock and we roll, but most importantly we breathe and listen. We’ll have the luxury of time to explore these soft, nourishing movements that release tension and refine the body-brain connection; we’ll drop into the quiet of meditative awareness, and experience the calming sounds of singing bowls .
