Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga: A SATYA Deep-Dive

As the saying goes, if you listen to your body when it whispers, it won’t have to scream to get your attention. SATYA is a gentle floor-based somatic movement modality that is truly accessible to all bodies and a great complement to the traditional asana practice. This class will give us the luxury of time to explore the soft, slow, repetitive movements that inspire a deeper connection to both your physical and subtle body, opening and releasing without force.
