Incorporating meditation into our wellness practices is a valuable complement to yoga, and mettā (loving-kindness) meditation is a gentle but potent practice. This introductory workshop will include exploring techniques and tools to help support and bring ease to the body while meditating. A gentle movement sequence will open and prepare the body for our 15-minute seated meditation at the conclusion of class. Beginning and experienced meditators all welcome!
