Mindful Movement and Meditative Stillness

Are you curious about incorporating meditation into your wellness practices? We’ll look at the practice of meditation from an introductory viewpoint, including techniques and tools to cultivate sukha (good space) for the body and mind. A gentle movement sequence will open and prepare the body for a seated meditation at the conclusion of class.
