Deeply therapeutic, somatic awareness (SATYA) practice releases tension and fatigue in the physical body, supports the nervous system, and inspires mindfulness through movement. This gentle, floor-based practice is truly accessible to all bodies and is a great complement to the traditional asana practice. In this special class, we’ll have the luxury of time to fully explore and release through soft movements that follow the rhythm of the breath.
