New Year Beginners Yoga Series


Tuesdays January 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 5:45—7:15 pm

This introductory series covers the basics of yoga philosophy, foundational asanas (postures), breath work, and meditation. The most adept practitioners will always remember that beginner’s mind is the most profound place to be.

Series includes four 1.5-hour sessions: Tuesdays, January 7, 14, 21, & 28. A discounted Orleans Yoga membership is offered upon completion.
