A Walk in the Woods
I originally made this little 5-minute video back in the spring (hence, no leaves on the trees), in the height of the Covid-19 lockdown. I needed to get out and connect with Nature…as a means of grounding myself in the midst of the swirling fear and uncertainty all around. The crisp sounds of my feet making contact with the earth, the breeze in the trees, and the birdsong from above provided permission for a much-needed deep breath. Knowing that others were not as fortunate, unable to safely get outside to a wild area, I created this as an audiovisual guided meditation. May it be of benefit!
